As a psychotherapist, my aim is to help clients attain their goals in order to be empowered and living in the present. By assisting a client through the process of change, one can embrace his/her potential and move forward in one's chosen direction.

My approach is to understand a client's experience, help identify options for change, and engage a client in healing and transforming their life experiences. As a result, clients feel in control of their choices and lives. Additionally, I help children and adults with difficult life experiences to reengage in healthy relationships and continue on their life journey.

I also work with clients impacted by trauma toward the goals of safety and healing. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant. EMDR therapy helps the brain's natural ability to heal. I work with clients to promote healing and to foster safe, healthy development and healthy boundaries.
