Perhaps you are wanting a richer life, one with less struggle, more joy and peace. Perhaps you want to feel better about yourself or your relationships with others. My intention as a therapist is to help guide you to a deeper and more powerful understanding of yourself where you can find your authentic voice and learn to trust your own guidance. In addition to understanding your past and your present, I will listen for what's missing in your life, explore what you truly yearn for, and what is keeping you apart from that.

I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling in relationships with others, struggling being alone without partnership, have anxiety, depression, or past family pain and trauma. My work is based on the individual client, but there are a few modalities that inform my work.

I approach psychotherapy from a in-depth approach and HOLISTIC framework, incorporating the body, mind, and spirit - bringing moment to moment awareness into our work together. I offer a FREE consultation on the phone for us to see if I can help with what you are needing.

Bio
Allowing a person to be exactly where they are opens the door to healing. In allowing ourselves to invite the sorrow, sadness, joy or fear to be there, we create a space within ourselves to open and grow. In our busy lives, we oftentimes forget our true nature and in allowing ourselves to just be (and slow down), we connect back in to what is true for each of us. We remember ourselves.

Through a gentle, interactive, collaborative, interactive and experiential approach, my role as a therapist is to help my clients remember their true nature and to find their authentic voice. My clients are then able to “tap back in” to who they truly are, arriving at a deepening of compassion for themselves and for others.

Every client is unique and my approach to psychotherapy is based on the individual. In sessions, I use an integrated, transpersonal, psychodynamic, and somatic approach (Hakomi). In everyday English, this means I work with a more holistic approach, incorporating the body, mind, and spirit. My work is influenced by Buddhism. I also work and have training in Sandtray/Sandplay Therapy, meditation, law of attraction, and dream work.

In addition to understanding their past and their present, I help my clients see what’s missing in their life, explore what they truly yearn for, and what is keeping them apart from that. In a safe and warm environment, my clients are able to express and explore their inner most desires and bring more joy to their life.

I commonly work with the following issues:

Depression
Co-Dependence
Relationship issues
Goal Setting
Law of Attraction
Loneliness/Isolation
Love Addiction
Cross-Cultural Issues
Food Issues
Spiritual Issues Anxiety Grief or loss
Adult Children of Alcoholics
Goal Setting
Body Image Issues

I have a deep respect and passion for the work of psychotherapy. I have trust in the unfolding of each client and sacred unfolding of the process.
