I have an extended past graduate training that includes: Clinical Supervision, Imago Relationship Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Eating Disorders Counseling, EMDR, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, Divorce Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Relationship Empowerment.
Bio
I am an experienced clinical therapist and supervisor. I specialize in IMAGO Relationship therapy, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, DBT and Solution Focused couching. MY work focuses on resolving issues that keep you stuck, frustrated and unhappy. Together we choose the most effective therapy modality to bring about the changes you want.
I have over twenty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families helping them overcome emotional blind spot, resolve old hurts and learn new emotional skills to overcome individual and/or relational difficulties. My past experience includes a successful private practice in New York State that includes founding and being the clinical Director of Clinical Counseling Services, an out patient clinic licensed by New York State to provide Addiction services. I was the clinical Director and supervisor of the Counseling services at Florida Atlantic University and a private practice in Boca Raton Florida.
I enjoy a long term marriage with my husband, my best friend and partner. Together we raised three boys.
