As an insight-oriented, action-focused psychotherapist I offer an encouraging, nonjudgmental environment in which to resolve current issues, identify problematic patterns, and take necessary steps toward improvement. Whether it be the presence of life stressors, or long standing issues, my goal is to support your exploration of thoughts, feelings, and experiences, in order to gain peace of mind. My areas of expertise include relationship concerns, addiction recovery, struggles associated with substance use/abuse, phase of life issues, and alleviation of anxiety and depression. I work intuitively and creatively with you to strengthen relationships, implement effective coping strategies, change unhealthy patterns, and ultimately feel calm and self-assured.
