Bio
Hi I'm Hannah! I am the owner and clinician of Open Door Speech Therapy. I believe that communication is one of life's most valuable gifts and I am passionate about helping my clients gain confidence with their communication skills. I have clinical experience working with individuals of all ages, but have spent the majority of my experience with children and adolescents.
I am well versed in the educational IEP system and have worked with children with various learning disabilities and communication disorders including autism spectrum disorders, speech sound disorders, language disorders, fluency disorders, specific learning disability, cerebral palsy, ADHD, and traumatic brain injury.
I am a huge advocate for health and wellness based on my personal experiences. I enjoy integrating mindfulness techniques into my practice to assist my clients with building awareness and cultivating feelings of non-judgment towards their progress. I feel that we, as humans, learn best when we are having fun and playing, so I always bring my sense of humor to therapy sessions!
