I conduct individual, group, family and couples therapy in a private practice setting for adults and adolescents. I also treat individuals, families, spouses, children, and parents. I am experienced in treating the following conditions:

Mental Heath and addiction; alcohol abuse and addiction, prescription medication abuse and dependency; eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and overeating; self injury behaviors; sex addiction and frigidity; gambling, overspending, credit card dependency and shopping addiction; and internet addiction including cybersex addictions. I work with individual’s that are experiencing depression, anxiety and anger management problems.

I also specialize in treating relationships issues and help with couples counseling.

I utilize evidence based techniques for the treatment of all disorders. I have studied addictive behaviors, mental health and personality traits which accompany those behaviors to establish techniques for the treatment of mental health and addictive disorders. I use an active solution – orientated method that encompasses both positive regard and empathy.
