I provide individual, couples and family therapy as well as consultation to other professionals. Specialties include addictions and trauma work. I am EMDR certified. I treat a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems and life transitions. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is a very important part of the therapy. You will find my style to be open and non-judgemental. My role is to help the client gain a deeper understanding of themselves, what motivates their behaviors and how he/she can bring about the desired changes.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I have extensive experience in addicitons and eating disorders. as well as in general mental health. I have been a supervisor/program coordinator for inpatient and outpatient treatment facilites for both addicitons and eating disorders. I have been a field instructor, providing supervision to graduate students and am a consultant to other professional. I am EMDR certified and work extensively with persons suffering from various types of trauma.
