Isn't It Time to Become Your Best Self?
Heal, Grow, Thrive
Are you yearning for a more peaceful, joyous, loving and balanced life, but don't know how to get it? Are you plagued with persistent worries, stress, sadness, or anger? Are you having troubles with your relationships or find yourself stuck in old patterns? Or maybe you want to work through a troubled relationship or event in your past that you just can't get over? You have probably found that the obvious solutions to your "problems" don't always work, and some of those "solutions" end up becoming problems themselves.
Each journey is unique, so my therapeutic methods are tailored to your specific needs. I rely on certain therapies, such as EMDR, mindfulness-based and cognitive therapies, that studies have shown are particularly effective in treating trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, and many more problems individuals or couples may face.
I have been honored to work with some amazing clients who have turned their lives around, worked through intense traumas, dissolved anxieties, found excitement for life and mended relationships. I also have expertise with attorneys, entrepreneurs, LGBTQ individuals and their families, and people with Mormon backgrounds.
