In our practice we want to balance all body systems. We look at the structural, muscular, and nervous system together and put a plan into action that address deficiencies in all areas. Our goal is to restore balance between all systems and teach the patient how to maintain that balance. Through Chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic exercise we are able to return the patient to their day activities quicker.

Dr. D. Ryan Griffeth, chiropractor of Performance & Rehabilitation Chiropractic, takes an approach to chiropractic care unlike many others. He feels it is important to incorporate the spinal adjustment along with rehab exercises, nutrition, and regular exercise. He is committed to helping all his patients live the wellness lifestyle. Dr. Griffeth meets with his patients directly to make a connection and to show that he will try to help relieve his patients from any discomfort. He is always updating and furthering his education to provide the best and most knowledgeable service. Dr. Griffeth incorporates several different treatment options, including KT Tape, SASTM, and myofascial release, to allow the patients to heal quickly and get back to their regular lifestyle.
Dr. Griffeth has always had an interest in the human body. Starting in high school, he took any class he could on anatomy and physiology. Those class started his interest in other areas of health, and his undergraduate schooling focused on human performance and bio-mechanics.
During college, Dr. Griffeth ran both cross country and track. At Ricks College, he was an All American runner in cross country and a National Champion in the steeplechase. After tranferring to Utah State to complete his degree, he was also named a Big West All Conference runner.
