Dr. Arey and Dr. Graff are unique among other psychiatrists in that both have organizational and business experience and expertise. Our psychiatrists can also understand and coach executives in organizational dynamics, management skills and leadership issues. Bio
Dr. Arey did her intership in psychiatry at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, her residency in General Adult Psychiatry at UCLA, and is a graduate of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute Psychiatry Residency Training Program. She was also the recipient of the 2005 Outstanding Teaching Award at UCLA. As UCLA is one of the leading academic and training programs in psychiatry, Dr. Arey has expertise in both psychotherapy and medication management across a wide range of mental health issues.
Dr. Arey earned an MBA from the University of California Irvine Health Care Executive MBA Program, graduated in the top 5% of her class, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. With her knowledge of organizational dynamics and strategic management, Dr. Arey has a unique ability to help individuals overlay personal and professional goals in therapy and executive coaching sessions.
Dr. Arey has published numerous articles, a book chapter, and given several presentations at the American Psychiatric Association annual meetings, as well as the UCLA Annual Review.

Dr. Graff earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Classics at Princeton University. After receiving a Mellon Fellowship in the Humanities, she did graduate study in Classics at Harvard and completed her MA in Greek at Stanford. Her study of the language, literature and archaeology of antiquity reflects Dr. Graff’s lifelong interest in understanding other cultures and human experience.
Her desire to help individuals in a tangible way led Dr. Graff to medical school at UCSF. There she was a nominee of the prestigious Gold-Headed Cane Society, and was selected as the American Medical Association Foundation Rock Sleyster Scholar. Following her Internship in Psychiatry at UCSF, Dr. Graff pursued residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance, a training site of Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Davis attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in three years with a degree in molecular and cellular biology with a special emphasis in neuroscience. She then spent two years in a neurosurgery research laboratory at the University of California at San Francisco studying single neuron physiology in primates.Dr. Davis stayed at UCLA for her psychiatric residency. She is experienced in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including cognitive behavior therapy, prolonged exposure therapy for trauma and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
