I work with children, teens, and adults. I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, social skills challenges, stress, and parenting.
Stephanie works with adults offering hypnotherapy and CBT to address depression, anxiety, performance issues, and self-esteem issues. She also has advanced training in play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and music therapy to help school age children overcome behaviour issues, parenting-child relational issues, and self-esteem struggles.
