I'm located at 4006 South Highland Drive inside of "Core Connection" Pilates studio. I have been in practice for 21 years now, specializing in post-injury or post-surgery rehabilitation, deep tissue and relaxation massage treatments. Each session is geared toward what the clients needs are. Because I've worked part time (for 14 years) at St. Mark's hospital doing bedside massage for patients, my medical massage experiece has been pivotal in treating clients with different medical issues in my private practice. I do not diagnose any clients condition, but I have worked with multiple patients and their personal medical situations to tailor thier massage treatment accordingly. I try to assess the root of the problem causing the pain, whether it's an official diagnosis from a physician or repetitive movements, so that I can create a massage treatment appropriate for each specific situation. I also work closely with other medical professionals to assist each client in their direct path of total health. I am truly blessed to love what I do and I hope that shows in the treatment session that I give. Massage is meant to lead you on a path of overall health and wellness. I hope that you will consider giving my massage techniques a chance.

Bio
I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in March of 2002. I’ve had experience with massage in several different environments including two different chiropractic offices, St. Mark’s Hospital, an upscale spa, a community center (gym) and my own private practice. Through my training and these different environments, I have become proficient in both traditional massage techniques, such as Swedish and deep tissue therapy, and more specialized techniques, such as reflexology, post surgical and other medical massage treatments. My philosophy is that people can achieve a better quality of life through the power of touch. I strive to make my massages both relaxing and therapeutic, personal and considerate. I believe that massage is a helpful technique for mental and physical well being.
