In my practice I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach, bringing together evidence-informed techniques while also guiding you toward deeper insight. I specialize in work with individuals and couples who are struggling with communication, stress, depression, anxiety, gender identity, sexuality and, HIV/AIDS.
