I provide psychotherapy to individuals using a bi-cultural, person-centered, social-justice framework. I use an eclectic and integrative approach incorporating Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-Based techniques. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, encouraging environment to assist you through whatever challenges you may be confronting. Together we will collaboratively explore tools and strategies that will help you feel better about yourself, have better relationships, and experience more joy.

I received my MSW from Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY Hunter College.
Bio
I am a bilingual (Eng/Spa), queer, afro-Latina licensed social worker. In my practice I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach, bringing together evidence-informed techniques while also guiding you toward deeper insight. I specialize in work with individuals and couples who are struggling with communication, stress, depression, anxiety, gender identity, sexuality and, HIV/AIDS.
