Kimberly Seelbrede practices psychotherapy & EMDR therapy downtown Manhattan. She is an experienced therapist treating a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, phobias, panic disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, addictions, low self-esteem, underachievement, stress and relationship problems. Her therapy approach is warm, focused and integrative, combining psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy techniques as well as holistic mind-body practices.
