Integrative Psychotherapy
I practice Affect Regulation Therapy which is effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, etc.
My special niche is Addiction; i do prevention, intervention, and maintenance. The most successful forms of therapy are those that stress the relationship between the therapist and client. As a scholar of brain development (under the tutelage of Dr. Allan Schore), I have learned that an attuned relationship between therapist and client can actually change the brain; that is, it can create more connections between the synapses, thus improving the mental health of the individual.
I do both long-term and short-term psychotherapy and I get spectacular results~~
