My practice is structured to allow me plenty of time to get to know my clients; to really listen to them and to understand their individual needs. I work to bring the body, the mind and the spirit into balance. By being in partnership with my clients, I encourage them to be as informed as possible so they become advocates for their own health care.
Additionally, as a certified Shiatsu massage therapist and Tai chi instructor, I have networked with a wide range of health care practitioners; chiropractors, nutritionists, massage and physical therapists to offer additional modalities for well-being. |

I've had chronic back pain for more years then I care to think about. Consequently I began to suffer from not only depression but anxiety (which my doctor said was 'panic attacks'). More medication was shoved my way until it seemed that all I did was take one pill after another. I didn't know what worked and what didn't but i did know that I didn't feel much better. This spiral down left me, quite frankly, heartsick. It was recommended by a friend that I give Terry a try. I was, to say the least, skeptical of acupuncture or anything "alternative". However, after meeting with Terry, i felt immediately that I was in capable hands. He made me feel not only welcome but for the first time hopeful that maybe I might be helped. Not only has my back pain greatly diminished but i am off all anxiety and depression medications. I am more active and frankly feel a hell of a lot better. Do I recommend him? Is the sky blue? Now it is.
