Most people seek out Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine after being disappointed with the results of medications and other treatments. Even the strongest modern drugs usually can only mask symptoms, not cause healing. That’s what makes Acupuncture and Chinese herbs so powerful. During my work in physical therapy, I've seen many conditions that were slow to heal or wouldn't heal at all. Physical therapy does work, but there are conditions that it just doesn't treat well. I found this unsatisfying and looked for alternatives. This led me to my studies, degree and license in acupuncture.
