The emphasis of my treatments is on prevention. Seasonal tune-ups and release of everyday tension keeps your body strong and synchronized with momentum or flow of universal energy that wants to happen in your life.

Acupuncture sessions are customized for each person and may or may not include moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, electro acupuncture, herbal medicine or essential oils consultations.

Treatments are not limited to stress release. Wide range of chronic and acute conditions is also treated.

Dietary adjustments and life style changes that might be helpful in relieving your symptoms are discussed during the sessions.
