Marriage and Family Therapist
I specialize in marriage and couple counseling. I also do work with individual issues. I work with children and teenagers. I deal with all issues that you may be going through such as: life transitions, grief/loss, co-parenting, divorce and blended families, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, court ordered situations. I work days, evenings and weekends. I work in the sacramento area at life practice counseling group located at auburn and watt ave with my supervisor Carisa Sherwood.

I graduated from Sacramento state university with my bachelors degree in psychology and then graduated from Chapman university with my master's degree in psychology with a concentration of Marriage and Family therapy.
Bio
I am a registered marriage and family therapist intern. I have always wanted to help people and I decided that becoming a therapist was the best way to do that. This has been my life goal and I truly believe that this is what I was meant to do with my life. I have many trials an tribulations in my life that I have had to overcome and I hope to help you overcome those difficult times in your life as well. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment to share your deepest and troubling times in your life. I want you to be comfortable sharing your life story with knowing that no judgement comes from me.
