Hello! I am the owner of Essential Mental Health, an outpatient therapy and counseling agency. We have 20 clinicians with different areas of expertise who can meet all of you mental health needs. Bio

I was born and raised in Albuquerque…..I’m a life-long resident, and I absolutely LOVE this city, the people, and culture. I am married with 2 kids and enjoy running, working out, and I just completed my first triathlon (though I was pretty much at the end of the pack!) I find that having a sense of humor in therapy may prove better than any therapeutic technique, and you’ll likely find me drinking a Diet Pepsi (not Coke!) in session. Hang on for the ride of your life…..though difficult- therapy CAN be fun! I look forward to meeting with you! Just a note, therapy wouldn't be complete without the presence of my "therapy" beta fish, "Sigmund."
