I am a Certified Integrative Reflexologist with Flathead Reflexology in Kalispell, MT. I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, as well as a Living Light Culinary Institute Certified Raw Food Chef and Instructor. I am where I am today because of my own health challenges and I love how touch, diet, and essential oils can improve my physical and mental health and wellbeing. Amazing!
