He lectures internationally on topics including Focusing Therapy, Advanced Counselling Skills, Psychotherapy Services, Team Conflict Resolution, and contemporary experiences such as Cross-Cultural Relocation & Migration. Greg has published a book on the topic of cross-cultural relocation and the deeper meanings of 'home' and 'belonging' in their widest senses and recently co-edited a major text on contemporary Existential Therapy.
In his work, Greg emphasises each person's actual lived experience and how each of us make sense of our lives. This requires taking account of our cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and cultural spheres of being. Learning to access and express our felt experience can bring fresh creativity and sensitivity to individuals, relationships, families, groups and organisations.
Greg has over twenty-five years of professional experience as well as fifteen years of university education and post-graduate training. He remains active in academic settings as a lecturer, supervisor, researcher and writer. He has worked therapeutically with people in a great variety of settings, from high level corporate clients to children living on the streets.

I am originally from Canada and have lived, worked, and studied over half my life in Europe, mostly in London & now also in Brighton. My advanced clinical training was in central London.
In addition to maintaining a small private practice, I lecture worldwide and serve on the faculties of psychotherapy and counselling psychology trainings in various countries in Europe and North America. I have worked professionally in many areas including:
Working with young people and sex workers on the streets of Dublin, Sheffield & London
Working with patients and families in a hospice and acute general hospital
Working with clients around identity issues, feeling different, minority sexualities, being an 'outsider', 'not-belonging'
Working as a therapist with international graduates, high profile clients and executives
Developing and managing an innovative NHS psychotherapy service in a major London teaching hospital
Training and supervising post-registration and experienced psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches and counsellors
Developing training courses in applied psychology, counselling skills, Focusing (body-based mindfulness practice)
Working with psychiatric in-patients experiencing post-traumatic stress
