I’m Dr. Matthew Paldy, a NYS Licensed Psychoanalyst and Psychotherapist offering in-person and virtual sessions for individuals and couples navigating grief, loss, or trauma. I help you understand your emotional life and draw on your strengths, abilities, and inner resources. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, history, and hopes for the future, with my full attention, empathy, and insight guiding the process.

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method. I engage with the whole of who you are—your thoughts, emotions, history, and hopes for the future.
