Overwhelmed? Exhausted? Anxious? Having trouble coping? Whether you are an adult feeling unfulfilled, inadequate, powerless, etc., or you have a child who is struggling and needs help, I understand that asking for help can be very hard. The prospect of choosing a therapist can be even more overwhelming, but it is critical that you feel comfortable and at ease with your therapist so that you can be as open and honest as possible.

My style is casual, friendly and compassionate. My clients say that I create an atmosphere in which they feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, so that together we can create a plan to address your concerns.
