My style of working with individuals is holistic in nature, understanding that there can be many causes contributing to a presenting problem or issue. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. Together, we will create an effective plan that facilitates self-awareness, growth, empowerment, and a healthy change you so desire.
Personal: I enjoy time with my children, family and friends. I love animals, yoga, photography, spending time in the great outdoors, traveling and meeting new and interesting people from all walks of life.
