An Adult Medical Day Care Facility licensed to provide preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services under medical and nursing supervision to meet the needs of functionally impaired adult clients.

At our now multi state facility, clients can expect to enjoy the services of fully trained and experienced staff that take account of every aspect of their physical and mental health when planning a suitable program of intervention. Each client is assigned a registered nurse who is charged with ensuring care is carefully coordinated, in partnership with the physician responsible for primary care. Each client taking part in our senior care program has a regularly updated medical chart which is frequently checked by the care team to ensure that any new concerns are being addressed and that every client has access to the right treatment exactly when they need it.
