I use my expert therapeutic training and counseling skills to recognize “change talk” remaining observant and attentive to my clients dynamic needs and desires.
I am dedicated to the therapeutic process and to supporting my clients as they work toward established therapeutic goals. I look forward to collaborating with clients as they experience all the joys and challenges of self-discovery and transformation that therapy provides.
When I am not at the office, I spend time reading and researching my interests and developing my artistic practice. Currently, I’m interested in sustainability and creating a peaceful world for future generations through creative expression. I love living in Chicago where I spend sunny days riding my bike along Lake Michigan, practice yoga at a studio in my neighborhood, and visit my favorite café with friends.
