Portrait Health Centers are multi-specialty clinics that employ the most cutting-edge and proven assessment protocols and treatment options available, believing that an Effective Treatment Depends On An Accurate Diagnosis. Individuals should not have to “play doctor” by researching available treatments and then self-selecting which of these treatments has been scientifically validated and would be most appropriate for themselves or their family. At Portrait Health Centers, we provide a comprehensive and multi-specialty assessment to determine the underlying causes of your symptoms and incorporate an appropriate treatment plan.

Everyone has a past that influences their journey and the path they have decided to take. The perceptions of others and the way that we perceive ourselves can lead to much emotional turmoil if not expressed/masked, and coming to therapy can become the first step to the unmasking process. Richelle expresses unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and genuineness within the therapeutic relationship. She views these as key ingredients for positive growth and change within each individual.
Richelle graduated from Monmouth University, NJ with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Richelle comes with a background working with both children and adults. She has worked with diverse populations in the mental health setting ranging from anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities and ADHD to Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
With the ability to provide an open minded environment Richelle encourages creativity through different modalities such as art, role-play, and interactive activities and therapeutic games. She is able to integrate spiritual and clinical orientations that open the door for self-expression. Richelle will often use a combination of different approaches to fit the individualistic needs that are presented throughout the time spent working together in treatment.
