Mindful Relief from Anxiety, Depression and Addiction
You Can Overcome Any Self-Limiting Belief
Mindfulness meditation has powerful positive effects on brain function, improvements in mood, self-esteem, stress reduction, ability to focus and concentrate on life tasks. This simple practice can be learned in 8 sessions; then it's yours to benefit from for the rest of your life!

Buddhist psychotherapy principles help you quickly see through confusions in thinking and provide a common sense roadmap for healthy social and spiritual actions.

Use of a Paradoxical Intention skills motivate you to overcome old fears and self-limiting beliefs so you can take action in important life situations.

Jungian-based counseling introduces you to the world of spiritual psychology and the power of both your personal unconscious mind and the greater collective unconscious. You will work with mythology, archetypal energies and active imagination to develop your own individual and confident sense of self. Jungian counseling also helps clients develop a sense of personal destiny using the motivating technique of writing their own Hero's Journey myth. This exercise helps them overcome the stigma of past failures and traumas and see a myriad of future possibilities.

Clinical hypnotherapy will help you replace fears, phobias and bad habits with life-supporting thoughts and actions. Clients are interviewed in depth to determine their specific concerns and to evaluate their degree of motivation to change. The hypnotist's suggestions, given during hypnotic trance, always deal directly with the client's stated concern. No extraneous suggested are made.

If you suffer from addiction of any kind, not just drugs and alcohol, all the techniques above will be used to help you identify alternative ways of thinking and behaving to 1) stop addictive behavior and 2) find healthy lifestyle alternatives.
