Bio
People face challenges in their lives and mental health counselors can provide an emotional and psychological support in an effort to work through any issues. Having empathy, passion, and dedication are some of the essential qualities that can increase the therapeutic relationship. As a passionate therapist, Tiffany works toward the most beneficial therapeutic relationship in which the client is looking to achieve. Meeting the needs of a client is a priority in the mental health counseling field and is an important factor in building trust and openness. Through individual and family sessions, Tiffany encourages clients to discuss their experiences and the emotions and feelings associated with them. She believes it is important to explore issues while expressing empathic understanding in a safe setting.

Tiffany worked diligently to receive her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. She has provided mental health counseling to clients with issues relating to; anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, substance abuse, and various other mental health issues. Tiffany has experience working with adolescents, adults, and elderly clients in various settings has provided her with an array of knowledge. She has an understanding of various needs of clients and her therapeutic approach is individualized for each person.

Outside of the therapeutic setting, Tiffany enjoys experiencing new activities, playing and watching sports, as well as going for walks in nature. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, which is incorporated in her all around wellness approach.
