Now well-researched, Mind-Body Medicine works by giving you the skills to improve your capacity to heal, helping you become more self-aware, proactive and resilient.

Bio:
My passion is helping people with chronic illness lead empowered lives. I know the journey through chronic illness well, having developed Crohn’s disease (an autoimmune illness) after my medical training. I was suddenly challenged by compromised energy and stamina, emotional burdens, and the uncertainty of meeting personal and professional expectations.
Combining my knowledge and experience as an M.D. (in Pediatrics and Allergy-Immunology) with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I help you acquire the skills and tools to move beyond perceived limitations and create a meaningful life, no matter what your situation.
I have worked with many people who have struggled with illness. I will help you find ways to live a better life!
