I work with adults both individually and as couples. Although I maintain a generalized practice, I work often with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I also specialize in fertility-related issues, which can include difficulty conceiving, pregnancy loss, surviving the IVF process, coping during high-risk pregnancies, gestational diabetes, genetics-related issues, post-partum depression and adjustment, and marital difficulties.

I believe that therapy can be key in helping anyone navigate through difficult times. Developing a comfortable working relationship with your therapist is a big aspect of therapy success, and I strive to create a warm, accepting atmosphere for my clients. I draw from both psychodynamic and CBT frameworks, focusing on both my clients' personal stories and how they can start feeling better today.

I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University in Brooklyn. My clinical training was completed at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan and Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY.
