Ana Rebecca Toothman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy maintains a private practice in San Diego, CA.

With several years of experience as a marriage and family therapist intern and now as a Licensed Practitioner, she specializes in treating individuals while utilizing a wholistic approach to therapy, this includes involving the mind, body and soul in the counseling dialogue., She is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are the diagnosis and treatment of various relational problems stemming from PTSD, depression/anxiety and life transitions.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Ana Rebecca has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of women"s relationship issues.

Ana Rebecca is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
