Practice Information

I treat adults for depression, anxieties, phobias, addictions and similar emotional disorders, using behavioral and cognitive methods that have clear scientific support of their effectiveness and efficiency. They do not involve extensive exploration of a patient's childhood or unconsciousness mind. Instead, my methods are active, directive, and educative; I aim at solving the problems the patient faces here and now. Group & individual therapy sessions are available weekday evenings, Saturday & Sundays.

Anne Stager MSW LCSW was trained in the art/science of social work/therapy at Rutgers University where she received her Masters degree. Through advanced post graduate courses taken at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she mastered the model l of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) thought by world renowned Dr. Freeman.
