Bio:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Coach and Trainer. I specialize in Performance Anxiety, Phobias, and Relationship Issues. I have been practicing since 1996.

I generally work with young adults (ages 20-60), graduate students to career professionals. My clients often come to therapy because they are dealing with performance anxiety, fears, phobias, and the stress of life transitions.

I am a behavioral therapist who not only listens but gives feedback. Often times you may leave the room with homework you may choose to do or not. I believe the value of therapy lies in experiencing a relationship that encourages honesty, interaction and self-reflection. By being honest with ourselves in the room and looking at situations objectively we are able to grow, often forming a new perspective and overcome past trauma, self esteem issues and hurts. By sharing our true thoughts and feelings, we open ourselves to the rewarding opportunity to feel heard and understood, and gain greater self-awareness.

Through the use of Hypnotherapy alongside traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we are able to overcome deep rooted beliefs that affect our behavior and free us to be the person we know were meant to be.
