Ascendant Detox - NYC is a free-standing boutique detox and outpatient addiction treatment center located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Ascendant provides private and safe detox programs in a luxury setting.
Residential Detox Programs We believe that the path to recovery from addiction and mental health conditions is a personal one. The first step on that path is safe, medically-supervised residential treatment detox in an environment that is peaceful, comfortable and private, and that is led by an experienced, compassionate, team. Ascendant New York's residential detox programs are led by a team of staff who are completely devoted to your success in sobriety. Our staff consists of highly qualified addiction treatment specialists, and we begin working with your health care provider to ensure customized levels of care from the moment of admission.
Effectiveness of Residential Detox Programs The first step in getting help from a drug rehab in New York State is residential detox treatment. The experience of detoxing on one’s own can be uncomfortable, frightening, and stressful. Our residential detox programs can assist you during this difficult time, through caring for your needs in all levels of recovery. To best address the physical, psychological, and emotional symptoms of withdrawal, we provide around the clock care by a staff of seasoned medical professionals.
Ensuring that your detox is safe and comfortable is the priority of our residential detox programs. State-of-the-art medical care is combined with psychological and spiritual support, resulting in a holistic approach toward wellness. We effectively treat the withdrawal symptoms of alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, and other drugs, and we provide ongoing care following the initial experience of detoxing. The typical inpatient stay at our treatment center lasts between four and seven days, after which our customized outpatient care program continues to ensure that you are provided with every resource necessary to sustain a substance-free lifestyle.
Personal We understand your journey to recovery is a personal one, and one that is unique to you. From the moment you enter Ascendant New York, we are focused on your individual health and well-being. A individualized treatment plan of care is created with you upon your admission, and you are welcome to include the participation of your loved ones. Both patients and those within the patient’s support group can benefit from our wellness program, which includes comprehensive treatments such as group therapy, counseling, yoga, and massage.
Considerations of both home and work life are included within our assessment and treatment plan development, ensuring that your life remains as uninterrupted as possible during your recovery. We maintain a high ratio of staff-to-patient, assuring that you will always have a staff member available to address any concerns or needs that arise during your stay. Our admissions process is available seven days a week, and includes evening hours for your convenience. Our rehab center will work with you to determine the cost of your addiction services, and will provide you with information about insurance options. |
Tzvi Heber Tzvi entered the field of recovery as a drug and alcohol counselor. The understood importance of treatment and feeling of purpose inspired his career change. With immense gratitude, he transitioned as the Director at Serenity Services. Tzvi then became the current CEO of Ascendant NY. Incorporating his professional and personal experiences, is a guiding force to provide treatment with humility, compassion, and dignity. As the leader, he works with his team to evolve the traditional culture of detox facilities. He seeks to fill the gaps where treatment falls short. Tzvi is cultivating individualized client-focused care- emphasizing that every person who walks through the door matters.
When Tzvi founded the YY House Foundation, these values were and remain most important. Every dinner held at his home is the anchor of the YY House, where individuals in recovery come together. He takes pride in the non-profit’s growth- now helping those struggling with access to resources, services, and more. Addiction is a disease defined by isolation. He continually works to create spaces that replace isolation with community. Whether at Ascendant NY, a YY House dinner, or at home with his beloved family- Tzvi remembers why he chose this path. He views his position as a gift and opportunity to provide someone support while seeking treatment. His passion has never wavered when saying, “There is help and recovery is possible.” |
