In my health care practice you will always be treated as a whole, integrated and unique being. I can help you relieve pain, restore vibrant health, create appropriate connection to family and ancestors, find satisfaction in life and career and learn how to employ the insights of Family Constellations for wellness, better relationships and a life with agency. Family Constellations sessions and Transformational Life Coaching are done online while Bodywork and Energy Healing session are in-person at my office in Chicago. All my Family Constellations workshops and training are also currently online.
Family Constellations are a powerful form of body, mind and spirit healing that reveals the hidden and challenging dynamics in family systems to restore balance, heal trauma and release suffering. These hidden issues in families can go back many generations if not longer. In an online individual session or online workshop we can create a model of a family system, a constellation, that reveals these hidden dynamics and how they are influencing our thoughts, behaviors and even illnesses and create a resolution that is healing for the client and the system.
Bodywork & Energy Healing uses a wide range of innovative and revolutionary techniques to help release the pain and restore balance. I use Otho-Bionomy® primarily along with over 20 other modalities. Ortho-Bionomy stimulates the body's self-balancing reflexes to reduce pain. During our session I use gentle techniques to hold you in a comfortable position that allows your body to change the stress and pain patterns, thereby alleviating acute and chronic pain, increasing flexibility and relaxing the entire body. The work is exploratory, improvisational and intuitive.
Transformational Life Coaching helps you remove the real or imagined blocks that can get in the way of creating a happy and successful life. A transformational life coach can also help you to tap into your own inner wisdom, leading you to create solutions for life, work and career challenges by setting goals, acknowledging your strengths and resources, exploring possibilities for change, taking appropriate and manageable action steps, being accountable for your own successes and failures, and validating your own agency to create a wonderful life.
