Specializing in the revolutionary approaches of EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness based therapies, I help individuals work through a variety of issues and concerns. Using eclectic and holistic approaches, I've treated various circumstances including life transitions/adjustment, trauma/PTSD, depression, grief and loss, multicultural concerns, spirituality and existential concerns, and personality disorders. At Be Well Counseling, I provide a safe and supportive environment, collaborating with you to reach customized goals to help you reclaim your personal power to be well and live well.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I hold a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. I also have a BA degree in Psychology and a BA degree in Religious Studies from Arizona State.
In addition to my counseling practice, I am an adjunct faculty member teaching college students. |
