If you are sitting on the fence trying to figure out what to do in life you may be feeling paralyzed. You can get out of this painful paralysis by connecting to your internal compass. If you wait until you feel better or more confident you might end up waiting a lifetime before taking action. I ask you, "Who's driving your bus?" I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your life and get moving in the direction of your heart's desire.
When we’re in these situations, our mind easily goes into overdrive, desperately trying to figure out what to do to ‘make the right decision’. The problem is, it can take days, weeks, months - or even years in some cases, such as unhappy marriages or fulfilling jobs – before we finally choose one option over the other. And, in the meantime, we can easily spend our days wandering around in a thick psychological fog – endlessly pondering ‘Do I or don’t I?’ – And, in the process, we make ourselves anxious or stressed, and we miss out on life right here and now.
I specialize in helping people whose lives have been touched by catastrophic acts of violence and are ready to create a life beyond loss and trauma. Even if your life has not been touched by violence those little traumas you have endured can add up to a cumulative damage which can be easily resolved so you can focus on a direction of your choice. |
