Educational Background:I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from CACREP accredited Georgian Court University, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I have extensive experience working with a wide range of diverse clientele from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. I have worked in clinical outpatient settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Adult Residential Substance Abuse Rehab Care, providing Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Psycho-Educational Facilitation. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to openly and honestly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns; as well as their goals and dreams for the present and the future. Every individual is different, and with that in mind, I strive to meet you where you are, to begin to assist you in your journey toward wellness. I believe in establishing a mutually respectful, trusting relationship in order to work together to gain insight and develop strategies that will enable you to build confidence and the skills to move toward self-acceptance, inner peace, and the ability to trust yourself. |
