I have been a therapist for 30 years ,specializing in working with anxiety,depression,relationships and spirituality. I do groups as well.I have been teaching and practicing meditation for about 13 years. I have developed a unique way of using presence to allow people to go inside and release blocked or stuck feelings,to help them embody a sense of joy and peace. My work is active and heart centered. I work usually 9-5 but do have some later or earlier times if needed. I accept some insurances.
