Whether you're looking to address issues from the past or need support through a current situation, you don't have to do it alone. Anxiety, depression, life transitions, career changes, or relationship concerns are among many of the issues I help people with. Therapy is not a one size fits all model. My integrative approach ensures you will receive the treatment plan that is right for you. Whether you're looking for help healing old wounds, to begin again, or just to vent, I am someone who cares deeply about everyone I work with.
