I provide an open minded, compassionate safe place to process life issues. I counsel individuals and couples. Are you feeling stuck in life? I am an experienced trauma therapist. I use the following therapeutic modalities: E.M.D.R. ,ego state therapy, somatic healing combined with mindfulness. I select the best therapeutic techniques to ensure the deepest level of healing for difficult life experiences. I guide those seeking direction in life toward finding their greatest potential. I process loss with those who are grieving. I assist those with physical illness toward wholeness. I teach emotional regulation and containment. I see clients experiencing the following issues: P.T.S. D.,depression, fear, anxiety, anger issues, mood disorders, attachment and intimacy issues. I use a developmental perspective in assessing presenting problems. I provide therapeutic structure for singles exploring issues that arise when seeking to find a romantic mate. I assist divorced individuals to recover and enter the dating community. I teach married couples communication skills while resolving difficult relationship dynamics. I counsel couples using a combination systems model For clients seeking spiritual counsel , I explore spiritual issues with clients seeking a biblical perspective as well as individuals from all faiths.
