I help you develop skills that will enable you to move beyond any experience that has negatively affected your life. Together we will explore self-compassion and what it means to "dare greatly". I also use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), known as "tapping", helping you release emotional trauma from your body faster than you ever thought possible.
