I am an AASECT Certified Sex Counselor, Clinical Sexologist and maintain a private practice in LA where I work with clients on love, relationship, and intimacy issues, addressing concerns varying from communication problems, performance anxiety, infidelity, love and sex addiction, lack of desire, power struggles, and parental concerns.
Superior Court judges, private investigators, gynecologists, and psychiatrists refer clients who are having spousal abuse, relationship, or intimacy issues.
As a certified hypnotherapist, Dr. Ava can help to improve the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your life. Hypnosis can enable you to access the sub-conscious mind to create any desired changes that you want including: weight control, stop smoking, build confidence and enhance male or female sexuality. |

I dedicate my life to helping individuals, mentoring students, creating programs, courses, surveys, research and products to promote the benefits of healthy relationships, intimacy and sex. I continue to study and collaborate with therapists, scientists, doctors on a daily basis to pursue quality and distinction in my career.
I have launched an online university where I share my 20 years of knowledge and certify Love Coaches
As an author, I have written 8 books, over 30 certified online courses, my latest book is called, The Sexy Little Book of Sex Games by Alpha/Penguin Publishing and currently writing my own series of “How To” sex education videos.
My media appearances have included over 100 TV shows as an expert on topics ranging from government funding for sexual research to the consequences of spanking children (MSNBC), sexual consent (CNN), pedophilia (Fox News Live), anger management (A & E), erectile dysfunction (Discovery Health), STD's (FX network), infidelity (CBS News), bisexuality (Discovery Channel), and many more. Upcoming TV appearances include the Emmy award winning TV show The Doctors, HBO’s The Cat House and a new reality show on Bravo.
As a public speaker I have lectured to pharmaceutical companies, entrepreneurial organizations, religious groups, medical institutes, women’s conferences and universities. |
