Practice Information |
Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Board Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC) my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.
While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life that have stemmed from those difficult past experiences. I find that once my clients expand their self-awareness, develop a deeper insight, and find the true meaning and purpose of the events in their lives, they often times create new tools and coping mechanisms that better enable them to cope with difficult situations.
By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, individual psychology, and family system models we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you, your family and your children back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
lease call or email me for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation today.
Doing nothing about what is bothering you, will not make it go away. Help is only a click or phone call away. |
