Dr. Edward A. Dreyfus, a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage-Family Therapist , Certified Sex Therapist, and Life Coach has been practicing in the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles area for over four decades, where he provides individual psychotherapy, relationship counseling, sex therapy, and life coaching. Rather than focusing on mental “illness”, Dr. Dreyfus emphasizes the inherent growth potential in all human beings.
Considered an expert in his field, Dr. Dreyfus is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and holds Diplomate status in the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists, the American Board of Sexology, and the Academy of Clinical Sexologists. He is a recipient of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association’s Distinguished Psychologist Award and is listed in Who’s Who in America. He has written six books including the 2003 editions of Someone Right for You: 21st Century Strategies for Finding Your Special Someone and Keeping Your Sanity in an Insane World.
