I have been going to Eleanor for quite some time and have found her style of therapy to be extremely helpful. She provides a very safe and non-judgemental environment which allows you to face your issues, anxieties, memories, questions at your own pace. I find her focusing technique extremely helpful and productive in pin pointing what is at the center of my anxieties. By making room for all of your emotions or feelings about different issues you are able to separate and give attention to the most important issue at hand. I have suffered from severe depression and post traumatic stress and I have seen tremendous growth in both areas. I would highly recommend Eleanor Buscher to men and women alike.
