Practice Information |
My client-centered style of therapy is to understand your problem, your efforts to change and to help you get to a place of stability and self-respect. For the last 30 years, I have helped individuals improve their work life, decrease stress, and improve personal and work relationships. I have assisted them in examining and realizing more self-satisfying solutions. I have helped corporate executives deal with personal relationships and conflicts, assisted business managers in dealing with excessive workloads and unyielding demands from their supervisors, and have helped front-line staff cope with overwhelming workplace stress which has compromised their health and well-being.
My style is attentive, supportive and active and is informed by numerous theoretical approaches. My expertise is in relieving stress in life and relationships, and I have helped many clients improve their well-being and improve life, love and work. |
