Practice Information

Do you need help managing anxiety, depression, or stress? Are you having difficulty with anger? Do you have a child that needs assistance with college preparation? Do you want to live a healthier lifestyle but you are unsure in how to begin? If so, please contact me for an appointment. I am a dedicated therapist that loves to see my clients develop in their mental awareness. I will help you resolve the issues that are built up on the inside. I will not promise that therapy will be easy and that all sessions will be happy, but I will say that you as my client will learn coping skills to deal with everyday life stressors. Therapy is my passion and strive to make each session worthwhile. My clients' well-being is important to me and my goal is to make sure that each client knows this. I work with clients from preteens through elderly. I also provide therapy for families, groups, and couples. Because of this I have a wealth of knowledge in assisting people in different stages of life. As a therapist, this is important because depression at age 13 looks totally different than depression at age 35. The two would not be able to be treated in the same manner. All in all, I look forward to working with you and hope to see you soon!

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri. I furthered my education at Lindenwood University receiving a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. During my graduate education, I interned for Selah Counseling Associates and I am now a contract therapist with the company. My licensing supervisor has given me a wealth of knowledge about the counseling field.
